Summer Sausage Making 101

Classes begin at 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.
Hands-on class in the German tradition of summer sausage making,
taught by Wurstmeister Mike
Sloan. Course fee includes lunch, wurst, wine and beer
tasting, sausage made in class, goody bag and 10 percent
discount on purchases that day. Limited to 16
participants. Cost – $59 per person,
