Dog Days of Summer Washer Tournament
Where: Bias Winery 3166 Highway B, Berger, MO 63014
Grab your team and enjoy a day of fun in the country. Sign-up starts at 1:00, play starts at 2:00. Entry fee is $10 per team, with a 100 percent pay-out. Bring your grill and have a picnic. No outside alcohol allowed. Live entertainment. Must be 21 or older to participate.

Where: 1947 Frene Creek Road, Hermann, MO 65041
You supply the meat and the winery provides the rest, from a fire pit and cooking utensils to condiments and side dishes. Round out your meal with beer and wine from the Bistro, which is open until 8:30 p.m.

Sausage-Making 101 at the Hermann Wurst Haus
Learn, hands-on, the German tradition of sausage making. Join two-time hall of famer Wurstmeister 
Mike Sloan for this VIP event that's both informative and entertaining. Mike will show you the ropes of 
sausage making and cover topics such as, mixing and grinding techniques, ingredients, types of casings, 
safe handling, smoking and cooking times and much more. Class is by reservation only, will begin at 10 
am and 2 pm and will last approximately 2 - 21⁄2 hours. Tickets are $59 per person and includes a beer 
and bratwurst tasting, 2 pounds of your sausage and a Wurst Haus goody bag.  Attendance is limited, call 573-486-2266 to
